Я гражданин России, проживаю в ФРГ сроком более 6 месяцев. Право управления автомобилем подтверждено международными водительскими правами в соответствии с конвенцией ООН от 1968 года. Компетентные немецкие учреждения запретили мне с этими правами участвовать в дорожном движении.

Вопрос: Законно ли это запрещение властей?
